How ClubWPT Gold Works
ClubWPT Gold is the World Poker Tour’s sweepstakes poker room. It’s legal in 40+ states because you never buy chips directly.
Instead, you buy Hand Analysis Credits, which unlock a solver-based tool that grades your play. Each purchase also awards the same number of Chips, and Chips redeem for cash at $1 each.
You can play the free games and the weekly freeroll without buying anything. When you do redeem, the minimum is 20 Chips. Security review takes up to 72 hours, and the money arrives within five business days after that.
The games themselves are No-Limit Hold’em cash from 0.02/0.05 up to 25/50 Chips, daily tournaments, and a Sunday Deepstack with a 200,000 Chip guarantee. Everything else, including software, traffic, and payout tests, is in my full ClubWPT Gold review.
Is Any ClubWPT Gold Code Better Than Another?
This comes up a lot on Reddit, so here’s the straight answer. On the operator’s side, every code does the same thing since there’s no welcome bonus or rakeback attached to any of them.
The difference is what the code owner adds. I add the course.
If a streamer you follow adds something you’d rather have, use their code. Just don’t sign up without one, because you can’t add it later.

Who Can Use the Code
You can use POKERCOACHING if you can open a ClubWPT Gold account. That means you live in one of the 40+ states it accepts and meet its age requirement.
As of September 2026, it’s not available in Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Tennessee, or Washington. California players can join, but redemptions are limited to nine “Game Days” a month, and New York access was restored in January 2026. ClubWPT Gold’s own sign-up screen is the final word on your state.
