A street is a specific card dealt to the community board or a betting round that happens when that card is dealt in the middle of the table. In stud poker variations, street refers to the number of cards every player has at a particular moment.
For example, in Texas Hold’em, the turn card, which is the fourth card on the community board, is called 4th Street, while the river is 5th Street.
